A company is looking for a Commercial Insurance Agent responsible for selling and servicing insurance policies to individuals and businesses.
Key Responsibilities :
Actively pursue new clients and conduct insurance needs assessments
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and perform periodic policy reviews
Collaborate with the sales team and share insights to improve agency performance
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) license not required; training and licensing support provided
Proven background in sales is required, with insurance experience preferred
Experience managing commercial insurance products is a strong plus
Bilingual preferred, not required
