JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a Clinical Director to provide leadership and oversight for behavioral health programs within our Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU). This role is pivotal in guiding clinical staff, ensuring compliance with evidence-based practices, and maintaining operational excellence. Key Responsibilities include :
Leadership & Supervision
- Provide individual and group clinical supervision to 3 clinicians.
- Offer guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and agency standards.
Program Oversight
Review documentation for accuracy and compliance.Monitor administrative tasks, including expenses and reporting.Step in for crisis intervention and provide clinical direction during emergencies.Quality Assurance
Maintain compliance with BBS and agency protocols.Support continuous improvement initiatives for program effectiveness.Collaboration
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to align treatment goals.Communicate regularly with leadership regarding staff performance and high-risk situations.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
California LMFT (licensed marriage family therapist) or LCSW (licensed clinical social worker) license.Meets BBS requirements for clinical supervision.Minimum 2 years of clinical supervision experience.Familiarity with evidence-based practices for early intervention with youth
