Your Role :

This is an entry level role that is responsible for investigating, researching, and concluding subrogation recovery for CSAA automobile losses.  In this role, you will handle various types of automobile subrogation claims with a primary focus on lower complexity recoveries.

Your work :

• Handle an inventory consisting of automotive damage, disputed liability, and cross jurisdictional claims.
• Initiate and hear arbitration between companies on disputed liability and / or damage claims.
• Negotiate and conclude recovery settlements (within authority) while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.
• Conduct themselves professionally and with positive behavior.
• Display values consistent with CSAA Insurance Group.
• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle auto claims within draft authority.
• File and hear arbitrations as required.
• Determine the appropriate collection method.

The national average hourly rate for this position is $27.55-$30.61. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on work location. The starting pay range for this position across all the states we hire in is $27.55-$36.81.  This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 5% of eligible pay.
