Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate leads, prospect, and close new business
  • Deliver personalized insurance solutions and proposals
  • Meet and exceed monthly production goals
  • Collaborate with the agency owner to support growth initiatives

    What Were Looking For :

  • Active Insurance Producer license (or willingness to obtain training and licensing support provided at no cost)
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills
  • Confident, competitive, and driven to succeed
  • Previous sales experience is a plus
