Position Overview:
Manages all areas and responsibilities related to the daily operations of the federal 340B drug discount program. Partners with all pharmacy buyers and personnel to ensure accuracy and optimization of 340B accruals, discounts, and proper inventory management of pharmaceutical products and supplies. Collaborates with the transplant clinic, pharmacy, retail pharmacies and the inpatient purchasing systems to facilitate and process medication approval and dispensation to eligible patients. Ensures program integrity and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including monitoring and insurance authorizations. Serves as the primary contact for contract pharmacies, wholesale distributors and 340B software vendors to manage efficient, compliant distribution, and complete accurate documentation.

Pay Range is $53.08 to $66.34 / hour
The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location.
