Job Title : Manufacturing TechnicianJob Description

The Manufacturing Technician will perform all cell culture manufacturing and aseptic techniques. You will be responsible for documenting all operations in electronic batch records while adhering to all GMP and SOPs. This role also involves reviewing and revising production documents.

Responsibilities

Perform cell culture manufacturing and aseptic techniques.

Document all operations in electronic batch records.

Adhere to GMP and SOPs.

Review and revise production documents.

Essential Skills

Experience in cleanroom operations.

Proficiency in OOS investigation.

Competence in batch record review and deviation handling.

Knowledge of cell therapy and cell culture, particularly mammalian cell culture.

Familiarity with 5S and lean manufacturing principles.

Media preparation skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or higher degree in Life Sciences or related field, or equivalent experience.

2 - 4+ years of experience in a cGMP environment in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.

Biotechnology certificate with 4 - 6+ years of experience in a cGMP environment in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.

GED or equivalent with 8-10+ years of cGMP experience.

Experience with cell culture.

Ability to follow SOPs.

Familiarity with six sigma and lean six sigma methodologies.

Work Environment

This is a 100% onsite position. The role requires training for 3-4 months from Monday to Friday, after which the schedule will switch to Wednesday to Sunday. The work environment is business casual.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Cambridge, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60320.00 - $74800.00 / yr.

They will get a lot of holidays, vacation, and they will get 401k. they will also get a 10% bonus for this role and restricted stock units.

This is a fully onsite position in Cambridge,MA.
