Job Title : L&D Clinical Supervisor

Profession : RN

Shift : Day Shift

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : Minimum of 2 years of L&D experience and 2 years of supervisor experience required

License : Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state / district required

Certifications : BLS & ACLS required, NRP required, AWHONN - Intermediate electronic fetal monitoring required

Must-Have :

Candidates must live 50 miles away.

Candidates must have supervisor experience.

Candidates must be able to start in September with minimal time off requests.

Holiday coverage is needed.

Description :

Provides shift-to-shift oversight for clinical practice, staffing, patient flow, safety, service, and utilization of resources for daily operations.

Maintains the environment of care.

Provides care to patients in a competent, capable, caring, and efficient manner.

Care provided is appropriate to the age of the patients served.

Role models organizational values.

Leads and participates in department process improvement to improve project outcomes.

Facilitates employee engagement activities, including professional and shared governance participation.
