Access Healthcare Multi-Specialty Group, an independent Multi-Specialty practice, including Family Medicine, located in Forest, VA, is seeking a full time Physician Assistant to join our team. This is an opportunity for a Physician Assistant to join an established, successful, independent Family Medicine practice of over 20 years.

Manage patients with chronic disease like diabetes, hypertension, asthma, COPD and CHF

Make referrals to Specialists like : Cardiology, Pulmonology, Endocrinology, etc., when necessary

Athena (user friendly EMR)

Requirements of the opportunity :

Completed Masters Degree as PAwith Family Medicine emphasis

Virginia State Medical License

DEA Comfort with Pelvic / Pap exam

Ability to function in a fast-paced environment with strength in EMR note taking

Adherence to Medicare and Medicaid billing / coding guidelines

CPR / BCLS Certified

Quality Focused and in an Accountable Care Organization

Prior experience as a Family Physician Assistant is preferred
