Software Engineering Senior Manager

Wells Fargo is seeking a Software Engineering Senior Manager to lead the Data Strategy, DataOps, and engineering delivery supporting our Vulnerability Management, Application Security, and Cloud Security cyber domains. This leader will be responsible for building and scaling modern cyber data platforms, enabling high-quality, trusted security insights, and operationalizing data through robust DataOps practices. The role partners closely with Cyber domain leaders, Product teams, Architecture, and Enterprise Data & Analytics stakeholders to define and execute the vision for cyber data, analytics enablement, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate combines deep data engineering expertise, strong people leadership, and the ability to translate cybersecurity needs into scalable, data-driven solutions.

$159,000.00 - $305,000.00
