Role : Performance Engineer

Location : Atlanta, GA

Duration : 6 Months

Required Skills : Kubernetes, HPA

Job Description :

Lead performance and chaos testing to validate scalability, resiliency, and fault tolerance of Pie services.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute load and stress tests using K6
Design and run chaos scenarios using Gremlin
Analyze CPU, memory, startup time, and threading metrics
Recommend configuration tuning and HPA improvements using Terraform
Validate system behavior during failures and network disruptions
Produce performance and resiliency assessment reports

Required Skills

8+ years in performance and reliability testing

Strong hands-on experience with K6 and Gremlin

Kubernetes, HPA, and cloud performance tuning experience

Ability to interpret metrics and provide actionable insights

Experience integrating performance testing with pipelines
