Job Description

The College of Business is seeking a part-time adjunct instructor to teach in-person Accounting courses for the Spring 2026 semester.

The salary is determined in accordance with the Universitys compensation structure and will be commensurate with the candidates education and experience within the assigned salary range for this position.

Responsibilities :

Teaches up to two courses per semester.

Maintains accurate records posts grades (mid-term and final) and submits attendance reporting as required.

Posts and maintains office hours.

Other duties as assigned by department head.

Required Education & Experience :

Masters degree in Accounting.

Prior teaching experience.

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities :

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to use virtual technology and related software to support online teaching.

Preferred Qualifications :

Doctorate degree in Accounting

CPA / CMA certification

One year prior teaching experience.
