About Us : GreenSpace Recycling provides professional waste remediation services to multifamily communities throughout California, Washington, and Oregon. Days of Operation : Our business hours are generally Sunday through Friday, 5 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Availability and Requirements : This is a salaried, overtime-exempt position based in and around San Jose, CA. Work schedules vary based on operational needs and will be discussed during the interview process.

Because this role provides direct field support and responds to time-sensitive service needs, the Operations Manager must be able to travel to Bay Area sites in approximately 30-45 minutes when on-site support is required. Response times may vary based on traffic and operational demands. These expectations apply consistently to all candidates and team members in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily field operations to ensure service quality and efficiency.
• Supervise, train, and coach operations team members.
• Coordinate with leadership and cross-functional teams to meet client expectations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase safety and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, DOT, and OSHA safety standards.
• Handle escalated client issues and support regional growth initiatives.
