Your mission

To support the daily logistics and warehouse operations of the U.S. office as well as general administrative and back-office activities. The role focuses on assisting with order processing shipping coordination and documentation tasks while gaining hands-on experience in an international logistics environment. This position is ideal for students in Supply Chain Management Logistics or Business Administration who want to combine their academic knowledge with practical work experience in a global tech company.

Logistics & Warehouse Operations

• Perform hands-on logistics tasks such as picking packing and preparing shipments for customers.
• Create and check shipping documents (commercial invoices packing lists delivery notes labels etc.).
• Receive and unpack incoming goods verify quantities and organize materials in the storage area.
• Track shipments and maintain proper documentation to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
