As an unarmed patrol officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter incidents and provide a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This is a driving post, where you will remain visible to support a welcoming atmosphere, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do

Provide customer service to all persons on site by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and when appropriate, supporting emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related risks within the location.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits as required by site procedures.

Communicate clearly with staff, visitors, and / or patients regarding security-related information or guidance as needed.

Document all incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols and client site requirements.

Minimum Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
