Job Description
We are looking for a Tax Manager to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage all aspects of corporate tax compliance and reporting.
- Lead tax planning initiatives and provide strategic guidance on tax-saving opportunities.
- Handle tax controversy matters, including audits and dispute resolution.
- Ensure compliance with ASC710 and other relevant tax accounting standards.
- Collaborate with internal finance and legal teams to support business operations and transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
