Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Case Management team in Orlando, FL. This role involves providing clinical expertise, problem-solving, and guidance to ensure optimal patient care and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will work independently on moderately complex issues and serve as a resource for less experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and interpret patient and customer needs to develop appropriate care plans.
• Identify solutions for non-standard requests and resolve moderately complex problems.
• Conduct clinical analyses and translate concepts into practical applications.
• Provide explanations and guidance on challenging issues to patients and staff.
• Coach, mentor, and support team members; act as a resource for less experienced nurses.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and organizational policies.
