A company is looking for a Security Engineer 2 (Cyber Security) to ensure a secure computing environment throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, install, maintain, and provide technical support for security strategies and product lines across various operating systems
Implement and maintain security software systems and assist in managing third-party application patching and vulnerability scanning
Review system logs for security issues, perform root cause analysis, and support incident response efforts
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
CISSP or equivalent certification preferred
3-5 years of related work experience in security-related or technical support roles
Working knowledge of network systems security principles and applications
Scripting skills (PowerShell, Java, VBS) and / or SQL database skills
