How You’ll Work

• Location : 7310 Innovation Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN 46818
• Hours : Monday to Friday (8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm)
• Compensation : This pay scale represents a good faith estimate of the salary wage range the company reasonably expects to pay upon hire for this position : $48,600 to $63,200 per year. A final offer amount will depend on factors such as prior relevant experience, skills, and location
• Benefits : Comprehensive package including medical, dental, and vision coverage; prescription drug and telemedicine services; company-paid life and disability insurance; retirement savings with company match; paid time off, holidays, and parental leave; plus additional voluntary benefits and employee discounts.
• Additional Compensation : Total compensation may also include other forms of pay such as overtime or discretionary incentives, as applicable.

Operations planning professionals play a crucial role in optimizing resources and ensuring efficient and effective operations. Coordinating the movement of goods and materials throughout the supply chain, they plan and schedule transportation, coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders and ensure timely delivery. They may also manage inventory levels, track shipments and resolve any logistics-related issues or delays.
