A nationally recognized hospital is seeking a dedicated hospitalist physician to join an established team due to retirement. The position offers a 7-on / 7-off schedule, a competitive salary of around $340K for 169 shifts annually, and comprehensive benefits. Nationally recognized hospital is seeking a 7th hospitalist to join their collegial and collaborative group.

Practice Details :

  • Established team of 6 hospitalists looking to add another due to a recent retirement
  • 7-on / 7-off schedule with two physicians on per shift
  • 22-24 weeks per year is considered full-time - always able to pick up additional shifts, if interested
  • Around 13-16 patients evaluated per shift
  • Recently named a Top 20 Community Hospital in the nation by the NRHA
  • Nearly 50 providers have been added over the last 7 years for consistent and sustainable growth

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Employed position with a salary paid on per shift basis - around $340K for 169 shifts / year
