• The Customer Support and Account Specialist role serves as PPC's primary contact when it comes to customer service in securing service request at time of customer drop-off.
• Entering specific order information into the NetSuite ERP system and follow up with customers through the entire process with required notifications.
• Attendance in the Longmont, Colorado office will be necessary to provide continuity and accomplish the following job responsibilities on a continual and timely basis.
• This individual must have proficient order entry skills to ensure customer records are correct, be diligent in obtaining sales tax information or exempt forms, entering sales orders on the same day, and assure picking tickets are to plant timely.
• Additionally, this individual will track fulfillment and create packing slips, scan and file signed packings slips as soon as the order is complete.
• Primary Responsibilities Provide exceptional customers service from customer drop-off to pick-up.
• Follow-up on open orders and quality issues.
• Provide professional communication when answering incoming calls and composing emails.
• Keep customer information current in the system.
• Can quickly learn the process and articulate the benefits of our coating services.
• Learning customer's critical requirements.
