Description Collision Mechanic specializing in the diagnostics of electrical issues and suspension/steering system of all makes and models.
- Diagnose problems with suspension and steering using diagnostic equipment and test driving.
- Repair/replacing damaged or worn suspension components as per manufacturer specifications such as shock absorbers, struts, knee assemblies, control arms, subframes.
- Alignments based on manufacturers' specifications.
- Test driving vehicles to ensure suspension and steering issues are resolved.
- Mount & balance wheels/tires.
- Manage and maintain safety logs on Lifts, Wheel balancer and alignment machines.
- Perform diagnostics on electrical/mechanical fault codes.
- Replace/R&I Airbags, Headliners, Control Modules.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills and Abilities: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variable in standardized situations.

Must possess and maintain acceptable MVR insurability standards. Must pass applicable background and drug screenings.
