Key Responsibilities
Set and evolve the creative vision ensuring a cohesive brand presence across all channels
Lead the development of large-scale brand campaigns and creative systems to drive awareness and engagement
Build and scale a high-performing in-house creative team while providing hands-on direction and mentorship
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or high-growth technology companies
5+ years of experience leading and developing multidisciplinary creative teams
Strong strategic instincts connecting brand and creative decisions to business outcomes
Experience building and scaling creative systems beyond one-off campaigns
Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows
