Salary : $26-28 + incentives and bonuses

Private dental office seeking talented cross-trained individuals to help grow our progressive and forward thinking practice. We believe we play a key role in our patients total health. Leadership opportunity is available to move into the Lead Assistant that comes with increased pay after onboarding and training. We are passionate about our patient and employee experience and understand they go hand in hand. We are looking for an exceptional back office dental assistant (EDDA) that supports and drives optimal oral health and can encourage patients to choose ideal treatment. Front office experience is a plus.

  • Requirements

  • At least 5 years in a dental office with experience as a dental assistant.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook
  • Understanding of dental codes, documentation protocols and transcribing DDS conversations with patients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, doctors, office team
  • Able to confidently resolve conflict and find mutually beneficial solutions
  • Preference Given

  • Knowledge of Carestack
  • Pre-existing leadership experiences
  • Working experience in both the back and front office.

    Schedule : M-Th / Tue-Friday rotating schedule

    Compensation : $26-28 / hour plus incentives, PTO, paid holidays, simple IRA with matching, health insurance options, and a discount on dental services.
