Park Creek Dental Care is a small, private practice with three operatories in Woodstock, GA that opened in late 2021. It's located in a charming, cozy building equipped with the best technology. We currently have two dental assistants and are looking for another experienced, productive, team player to join our team.

Dr. Sam graduated from the University of Michigan. He worked in Singapore and in the U.S. for few years with Heartland Dental. He is very passionate about dentistry and strives to provide quality care. His goal is to add value to the local community, and he would like to work with people who value the same goal. His DISC type is S, C.

Wednesday-Saturday

Wednesday-Friday 7 : 40am-5pm with 1 hour lunch , Saturday 7 : 40am-2pm

Responsibilities :

Greet and welcome patients from the start of their dental journey, as well as sustain patient comfort and provide appropriate education throughout treatment

Conduct a thorough review of the patient’s health history in order to provide quality care

Take x-rays and other diagnostic assessments (iTero intraoral 3D scanner, digital photography, etc.)

Provide superior chairside assistance (i.e., four-handed dentistry) to supported dentists during a wide variety of procedures in accordance with the state dental practice act

Utilize Curve Hero for patient scheduling and record keeping

Prepare treatment room with strict adherence to safety protocols and following OSHA & CDC recommendations

Manage supply and inventory levels, as well as place and expedite orders as needed

Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment If required under the state dental practice act, dental assistant certification and / or x-ray certification

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Willing to stay after hour if procedures run a little longer, or coming to work a little earlier to help with patient care as needed.

Flexible to be cross trained to help with front desk duties as needed (answering calls, scheduling patients, appointment confirmations, and basic insurance verification)

Attendance and being punctual is very important. Showing up on time to the morning huddle.

Help with cleaning of the office as needed at the end of each day (taking trash out, vacuum, use swiffer sweeper to clean the floors)

Minimum Qualifications :

1+ years of experience in a dental setting

Dental assisting school certification, BLS and x-ray certification

Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology

Knows how to make temporary crown and packing cord.

Heartland Systems... 13 DOTS : ) is a plus

Physical Requirements :

Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.

Prolonged periods sitting and standing Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times

Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
