Retail support experience is preferred but not required. Quiet and secure workspace to manage a consistent flow of calls. Wired internet connection with required speeds (ping High School diploma or equivalent. Background check required Two or more years of experience in a customer-facing call center environment (preferably with an online bill pay service, financial institution, or technical support). Proven experience using customer service software, CRM systems, or providing customer support through virtual channels (email, chat, video calls).

What you will do as an Inbound Customer Support Representative :
- Receive inbound calls from customers answering questions and resolving issues to the caller's satisfaction.

- Provide professional support in both English and Spanish, as needed.
