Administrative Assistant
Portables is looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Functions of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.
The position requires using Microsoft Excel, which includes formatting and editing spreadsheets. Reviewing
customer contracts and organizing electronic files on a daily basis. You must also provide back support to process and audit sales. This position requires you perform general clerical duties, such as filing, scanning and photocopying. Schedule : Associate will work Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm
with some flexibility to work outside regular business hours on an as needed
basis.
Position requirements :
- 1-2-year office-related customer service
- 1-2-year experience in administrative support
- High school diploma
- Strong interpersonal skills and work ethic
- Strong organizational skills
- Time management skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well independently
Responsibilities :
Primary receptionist for front desk; answering and transferring calls.Greeting and directing visitors
Provide daily sales numbers to management team at 12, 2, 4, and 6Monthly sales reporting to vendors as requestedCredential management and password resets of Microsoft accountProcess request for UIDCreate email account and add to appropriate distribution listsProcess user in OPUSx for sales tracking purposesEmployee Moves processing of sales floor promotion / demotion, transfers and terminations.Updates Microsoft credentials and distribution listsSupply order processing for storeProcessing and distribution of new hire shirt and name tag ordersMaintain AT&T YEXT database for store status updates.Follow up with employees regarding forms or completion of HR tasks
