Who You Are :

Join our dynamic team as a Funding Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in guiding students through their personal funding options.

We're seeking a proactive individual with a knack for working with people and helping them prepare for their educational journey financially.

In this role, you'll reach out to students and families to discuss funding options and assist getting the necessary documents completed

Your responsibilities will include calling families to discuss personal funding plan. Then assist walking them through different options to assist in covering their personal contributions. Help students walk through and apply for different scholarships

Duties :

• Guide students and families through the Financial Estimate created and provided by the Financial Aid Advisor.
• Share and direct students through the dashboard to apply for private loans.
• Assist students in the scholarship application search and guide them through the detailed steps.
• Heavy phone volume and ability to overcome objections and become a solution generator.
• Be a strong support for students and families to get the funds needed prior to starting school.
• Flourishing in a results-driven environment by leveraging metrics and analytical reporting to optimize performance and achieve organizational objectives. Ready to assist with any additional assigned tasks as needed.
• Consistently surpassing predefined targets while exhibiting a relentless commitment to surpassing personal bests and setting new benchmarks for excellence.
