We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator/Estimator to join our team. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the success of our solar projects, from initial estimates to project completion.

What Youll Do:

• Estimating & Proposal Development:
  
  
  • Prepare accurate and detailed project estimates, including materials, labor, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to create compelling project proposals for clients.
• Project Coordination:
  
  
  • Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of solar installations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress and address any potential issues proactively.
• Vendor & Resource Management:
  
  
  • Source and coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Review and approve vendor quotes and invoices.
• Compliance & Documentation:
  
  
  • Ensure all projects meet regulatory requirements and safety standards.
  • Maintain organized records of all project documentation, including permits, contracts, and progress reports.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience:
  
  
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, estimating, or a similar role in the solar or construction industry.
  • Familiarity with solar systems, components, and installation processes is highly preferred.
• Skills & Knowledge:
  
  
  • Strong understanding of estimating software and project management tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
• Education:
  
  
  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Certifications (Preferred):
  
  
  • NABCEP certification or other industry-related credentials.
