Key Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate call, text, and email interactions to provide actionable feedback for performance improvement
Deliver written reviews and reports related to quality assurance needs across various departments
Participate in quality calibration and ongoing training, and assist with additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
Ability to provide professionally written actionable feedback
Strong analytical skills and good judgment
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under general direction
