Job Description Job Title Occupational Therapist Job Summary Permanent Occupational Therapist position available in Albuquerque, NM at Ladera Center. Salary range: $44-$48 per hour, 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Sign-on and relocation assistance considered for qualified applicants. Key Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services to patients. Evaluate patients' physical and cognitive abilities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Occupational Therapy License in the State of New Mexico (or eligible). Preferred Qualifications Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or similar setting. Skills & Competencies Strong clinical skills in occupational therapy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in documentation and electronic medical records. Shift Details Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (35 hours per week) No weekend rotation Licensing Requirements Occupational Therapy License in the State of New Mexico (or eligible)
