Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a regional team of Client Service Associates and Managers, focusing on performance and development
Oversee advisor relationships, ensuring effective communication and service delivery
Manage onboarding processes, operational performance metrics, and enforce service standards across the team
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in wealth management operations, client service, or advisor support
2+ years of direct people management experience in client service or operations
Hands-on experience with advisor onboarding, money movement, and account servicing
Strong understanding of custodian workflows (e.g., Fidelity, Charles Schwab)
High ownership mentality with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment
