KEY SKILLS / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communication Specialist : Respond to incoming calls promptly and direct callers to the appropriate destination; maintain efficient communication within, to, and from the hotel.
• Service Champion : Approach all guest and employee encounters with friendliness and professionalism; maintain a warm and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Information Resource : Provide accurate information about the hotel and surrounding area; be familiar with emergency and VIP procedures.
• Privacy Protector : Maintain guest privacy at all times; handle messages and faxes according to standards.
• Operations Support : Serve as radio dispatcher; record and relay guest requests; maintain daily activity logs and efficient filing systems.
• Front Desk Assistant : Assist with front desk procedures, including bucket checks and other duties as assigned by the Front Desk manager.
