We are looking for outgoing, energetic, positive leaders to accurately represent our brand, create positive salon environments, develop and train successful sales teams and management, provide our clients with exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities :

• Meeting sales goals measured daily / weekly / monthly
• Hire and train Salon Consultants to help achieve salon goals
• Maintain a positive, fun, and professional salon environment for your employees and clients
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Cash handling, opening / closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking

Qualifications :

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation
• Open availability

Compensation : Combined total is about $23-$28 hourly / ($21 per hour plus commission and bonuses)
