Position Summary: Communicates with warehouses by phone and email to resolve issues pertaining to orders in process. Assists warehouse optical personnel with questions about prescription eyeglass orders. Takes phone calls, and provides prompt and courteous service to warehouses. Analyzes prescriptions and verifies against order and industry-specific tolerances.
