Primary Responsibility :

Sets up and operates CNC Grinder – machines / inspects parts per drawing

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Sets up machine – change wheels, installs bearings.
• Downloads program via computer.
• Make offsets to maintain part dimension tolerance. Responsible for ensuring each part is made within designated specifications.
• Inspects parts using precision measuring instruments – micrometers – calipers – depth micrometers bore gages – plug gages.
• Follows all Safety instructions and practices.
• Follows work instructions in place.
