Role : Lead Home Service Technician in Lenexa KS

TruBlue Home Service Ally is a national company with over 120 locations that provides trusted remodeling services handyman repairs home safety upgrades and maintenance services to help seniors age in place and support busy families. With locations across the U.S. TruBlue is a leader in dependable relationship-based home maintenance.

This is a role for a skilled professional who can manage a team provide training and execute a variety of residential repairs and upgrades.

What Youll Do

• Perform high-quality home remodeling repairs and maintenance services
• Lead coach and support a team of Tru-Pro technicians
• Uphold TruBlues high standard of professionalism reliability and customer care
• Communicate clearly with customers and help manage expectations on-site
• Ensure safety accuracy and consistency across every project

Common projects include :

• Bathroom and kitchen upgrades
• Drywall repair and patching
• Flooring installation and repair
• General carpentry
• Interior and exterior painting
• Basic plumbing and electrical (within scope)

Who You Are

• Professional hands-on home repair or construction experience
• Experience managing or mentoring other technicians is preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Committed to doing the job right and doing right by your team and clients
• Valid drivers license reliable transportation and full toolset
• Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation : $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
