Physical Therapist

Duties:
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient orthopedic/sports medicine setting
- Perform evaluations and assessments to determine the appropriate treatment plan for each patient.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs and goals.
- Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities, including manual and exercise therapy, to address pain and promote healing and restore function.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to improve mobility, strength, and function.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress.

Qualifications:
- Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong background in orthopedics/sports medicine is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced outpatient setting.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
