Duties of the job include : / pulliSenior professional with strong knowledge of job area and broad knowledge of project management. Manages complex projects or processes with general oversight. Contributes to achievement of departmental goals and operating plans with direct impact on the departmental results. Responsible for all aspects of maintaining the Earned Value Management data integrity for multiple programs utilizing the Cobra and SAP toolsets including : / liulliForecasting of FPA type of metrics for program performance / liliWeekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Annual forecasting and variance analysis to financial plan including profitability and cash flow / liliCreating / Maintaining / Updating of Projects in SAP / liliEnsuring EAC accuracy for all efforts under responsibility / liliWork is performed with minimal supervision and the ideal candidate is able to mentor junior members of the team / li / ulliCreation of Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) deliverables (Formats 1-5, 7). / liliCreation and Review Variance reports with CAM input / liliCreates and maintains program baseline budgets for performance measurement. / liliPrepares moderately complex proposal cost estimates and pricing data. / liliProvides support for internal and external audits for assigned programs. / liliCreate Ad Hoc analysis as needed / liliOther duties as assigned by leadership / liliDetail oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands in a fast paced environment. / liliEffective interpersonal and communication skills. / liliAbility to obtain Department of Defense (DoD) Security Clearance if needed. / li / ulpQualifications : / pulliBachelors degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related analytical field and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. / liliExperience with COBRA / SAP / liliDemonstrated understanding with Earned Value Management concepts and processes. / liliExperience with risk management, financial management, and work breakdown structures, change management, cost estimating, configuration management and system surveillance, operations, and procurement. Familiarity with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations, ANSI-748-D, EVMIG, and NDIA Intent Guides. / li / ulpPreferred Additional Skills : / pulliDemonstrated strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications specifically Excel. / liliMBA or CPA preferred / liliExperience in a leadership development program / liliExperience managing the financials for a highly visible program / liliKnowledge of government contracts, funding profiles, sales outlook and variance analysis preferred. / liliExperience with contracts such as CPAF, CPFF, TM, FFP, etc / liliStrong computer skills / liliCertifications such as PMP, EVMP or similar / li / ulpIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado State, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Vermont and New York State is $75K-139K. For California, New Jersey, Seattle, Washington D.C., Maryland Greater Washington D.C. area, the city of Denver, Washington State and New York City, the salary range for this role is $86K-160K.
