Billing Specialist

Our client in Tempe, AZ is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team. Manpower has teamed up with a multinational software company that specializes in cybersecurity. Don't wait apply today!

What will you be doing?

  • Perform monthly business audits on sold case product and pricing accuracy producer contracting, and billing setup internally and through their billing vendor.
  • Create and maintain an accounts receivable process and perform monthly follow-up accounts receivable totals.
  • Execute accounts payable vendor setup process; update internal systems at the conclusion of processing
  • Perform outbound communication to past due accounts through existing dunning processes.
  • Serve as key liaison to internal Employee Benefits teammates and internal Accounting / Finance business units as it relates to invoicing and accounting functions.

    • What do you bring?

  • Microsoft Office experience, complex MS Excel, MS Access
  • Accounting software experience and management of a company's accounts ledger required.
