Job Summary

Join our team as a Website Designer / Developer and play a pivotal role in shaping the digital experience for a diverse portfolio of clients. This position offers the perfect blend of design innovation and development challenges, with a focus on effective written and verbal communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design visually compelling, user‑centric websites that align with client branding and business goals.
  • Develop responsive, high‑performance web applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless project execution from concept to launch.
  • Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable website functionality and workflows.
  • Implement accessibility and SEO best practices throughout the design and development process.
  • Clearly articulate ideas and solutions through both written and verbal communication, fostering strong teamwork across hybrid locations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in website design and full‑stack development.
  • Strong understanding of UX / UI principles and responsive design techniques.
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Ability to write and speak clearly and persuasively, promoting collaboration within a hybrid team.
  • Solid problem‑solving skills and a passion for delivering high‑quality digital products.
  • Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and e‑commerce solutions.
  • Experience with web performance optimization and analytics tools.
  • Background in graphic design or digital marketing is a plus.
