A company is looking for an experienced FP&A Manager for a long-term remote contract role.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain advanced Anaplan models for international bonus compensation planning
Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Compensation teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable model solutions
Conduct scenario analysis and provide insights for accurate compensation forecasting
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or compensation analytics
Proven expertise in building and managing complex Anaplan models
Strong understanding of employee compensation structures, particularly variable and bonus programs
Proficiency in financial planning, analysis, and modeling
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
