Regional OTR Flatbed CDL Driver

We are a midsized firm specializing in a innovative approach to freight delivery. Teaming up with excellent dispatch and quality drivers to make a formidable team.

• Contract Driver (1099, Solo)
• Flatbed trailer
• Regional
• $1,200 - $1,500 gross total weekly avg. pay
• 27% of load
• 1,000 - 1,300 avg. miles per week
• No Driver Load/Unload
• 50% tarping
• No slip seating

• 5 - 6 expected days out
• You can stay out longer if you want to
• Get 2 days of home time for every 5 days worked
• Home at least 3 weekends per month

• Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure.
• Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.
• Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations.
• Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules.
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.

• Orientation is not paid for
• Accommodation is covered
• Drivers get their own room
• Lunch is included
• Covers some or all travel expenses

• Class A license
• 2 years Tractor Trailer experience
• 12 months Flatbed experience
