Position SummaryWe are seeking an Account Representative focused on driving business growth through meaningful conversations and excellent customer service. This position offers strong earning potential and opportunities for career advancement.
Job Responsibilities- Build and maintain customer relationships by generating leads, scheduling meetings, and following up.
- Provide accurate, friendly assistance on insurance products, coverage, claims, and billing inquiries.
- Educate customers using a needs-based, customer-centric approach to recommend suitable solutions.
- Collaborate effectively within a team while showing enthusiasm for helping customers manage risk and achieve goals.
- Must possess an Alabama P&C/Life & Health License prior to starting the position (licensing & testing fees will be reimbursed)
