This Position reports to :

Production Supervisor

Job Description :

• Production & Quality : Work as part of a team to efficiently produce high-quality motors and subassemblies per diagrams and instructions. Operate hand and air tools torque wrenches gauges and hoists while ensuring defect-free work and adherence to production goals.
• Safety & Operations : Maintain a safe clean workspace; follow all safety procedures; report hazards; and use required PPE. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (use hoist for heavier parts) stand for long periods and work overtime or any shift as needed.
• Skills & Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent required; basic computer skills; ability to read and follow written instructions; forklift operation (license required); adaptable detail-oriented and team-focused with strong communication skills.
• Experience & Reliability : Stable work history or relevant vocational / technical training preferred; previous motor assembly experience a plus. Must pass background and drug screening and have reliable transportation and work authorization in the U.S.
