Shift : 3rd Shift (7pm-7 : 30am) FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts) Requirements : 2 Mondays & 2 Fridays per 6-week schedule, 1 Weekend, and 2 Holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter) RNs will receive training in ACLS, NIH, IV Ultrasound, and will be cross-trained to be Charge RN. Provide patient-centered care while floating between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units. Deliver excellent care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Quickly adapt to different unit workflows while maintaining high clinical standards. Experience : Minimum 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred). Flexibility : Ability to fulfill the scheduling requirements stated above. Training includes : ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) NIHSS (Stroke Scale) IV Ultrasound Charge Nurse cross-training for leadership skill development. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA). Strong computer skills, including electronic medical records and email. Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Initiative and collaborative problem-solving abilities. Capacity for critical decision-making. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Experience in team building and collaborative delegation.

Required Functional Experience :
