Shift : 3rd Shift (7pm-7 : 30am) FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts) Requirements : 2 Mondays & 2 Fridays per 6-week schedule, 1 Weekend, and 2 Holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter) RNs will receive training in ACLS, NIH, IV Ultrasound, and will be cross-trained to be Charge RN. Provide patient-centered care while floating between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units. Deliver excellent care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Quickly adapt to different unit workflows while maintaining high clinical standards. Experience : Minimum 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred). Flexibility : Ability to fulfill the scheduling requirements stated above. Training includes : ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) NIHSS (Stroke Scale) IV Ultrasound Charge Nurse cross-training for leadership skill development. Strong computer skills, including electronic medical records and email. Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Initiative and collaborative problem-solving abilities. Capacity for critical decision-making. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Experience in team building and collaborative delegation.
