WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

The Lead Marketing Specialist / Sales Leader (Entry Level Management) position is a leadership position that is responsible for the salons overall growth coordination and operational success. This goal-oriented position requires that the salon meets and / or exceeds financial goals while providing remarkable leadership in areas of customer service team member relations and motivational coaching / sales. Must be available Wednesday -Sunday in the evening if necessary. Computer skills Point of Sale (POS) is a plus but not a requirement. Lash Extensions ARE a requirement. The Assistant Manager / Sales Leader position will also act as the salon ambassador to provide each member / client an unforgettable experience. Open to leading and executing marketing events (1 per month). This position has incredible bonuses and incentives .

Compensation : $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
