Interloc Solutions seeks a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence exclusively within North America. This role focuses on selling IBM Maximo/Maximo Application Suite (MAS), Enterprise Asset Management consulting services, hosting, and Interloc Mobile Informer products.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Interloc Solutions, a trusted IBM Premier Business Partner for Maximo/MAS EAM, and advance our brand within North American markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners across North America.
- Attend and participate in regional business events, user group workshops, and conferences to strengthen market presence.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales objectives, demonstrating ownership of the development plan.
- Actively qualify leads, respond to RFQs and proposals, and drive sales opportunities through the pipeline.
- Collaborate with marketing to support successful product launches and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software or IT sales, with a strong track record in business development, sales management execution, or client consulting.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to articulate technical solutions effectively.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of market drivers and enterprise software sales.
- Ability to travel 35-50% within North America for client engagements and industry events.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining productivity and focus.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
Preferred Experience
- Prior expertise in IBM Maximo/MAS, CMMS, FMMS, EAM, or ERP software.
- Knowledge of mobile software solutions, particularly for enterprise field operations.
- Experience in software, services, hosting, and SaaS sales, with a strong understanding of IT technologies.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, technology, or a related field.
