Job Description

Lead the entire accounting function, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close, management of and communication of the close process, reconciliation and basic reporting functions associated with general ledger management, variance analysis, and annual close and audit management.

Oversight and direct involvement within the operational aspects of the accounting department, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Vendor management, cash management, banking and applicable debt processes and other accounting / finance operations.

Responsibility for proactive identification of organizational and operational risks, as well as working with the executive team to develop efficient processes to manage those risks as the company continues its rapid growth.

Develop, maintain, and enforce accounting controls, policies, and procedures in accordance with GAAP.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in accounting leadership roles, with a focus on financial reporting and operational management. Strong knowledge of general ledger management, reconciliation, and variance analysis. Expertise in managing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and other core accounting functions. Ability to identify organizational risks and develop strategic solutions in collaboration with executive teams. Familiarity with audit processes and compliance requirements. Solid understanding of accounting controls, policies, and procedures. Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage cross-functional collaboration. Proficiency in document control and scanning, including compiling and organizing financial documents.
