Equipment assignments include late-model automatic transmission tractors maintained on a preventative service schedule. Most loads are preplanned to support consistent transit and reduce idle delays. A CDL-A truck driver in this role can expect structured dispatch communication and appointment visibility before departure.
Weekly Pay – $1,430 to $1,590
Compensation may be structured as mileage-based or percentage-based depending on driver background and lane placement. A minimum pay safeguard is available during qualifying periods to support income consistency. Earnings details are reviewed prior to orientation so each Class A CDL driver understands pay calculation methods in advance.
Experience Requirements
A valid CDL is required. Applicants must have either 6 months of verifiable experience within the last 2 years or 12 months within the last 3 years. Work history and safety record are reviewed to align the driver with the operational needs of the fleet.
